Admissions

A preliminary interview is held prior to arrival at Big Creek. It consists of a brief phone interview with one of our trained staff members. At the end of the phone interview it will be determined if we can meet your needs.

If accepted, an appointment will be set when needed for an evaluation with Dr. Minirth at his office in Richardson, Texas.

The evaluation with Dr. Minirth will further determine if our facility will meet your needs. Once approved by Dr. Frank Minirth you will be referred back to our facility for admission into the program.
