A preliminary interview is held prior to arrival at Big Creek. It consists of a brief phone interview with one of our trained staff members.

     At the end of the phone interview it will be determined if we can meet your needs. If accepted, an appointment will be set when needed for an evaluation with Dr. Minirth at his office in Richardson, Texas. No formal interview may be needed with Dr. Minirth for those simply renting for rest and relaxation.

     The evaluation with Dr. Minirth will further determine if our facility will meet your needs. Once approved by Dr. Frank Minirth you will be referred back to our facility for admission into the program.

     There are two prices according to the level of service:
1. Minimal service without retreat program – Rental Only- $195.00 per day for 1 person $29.00 extra for each additional person per day There is a minimum of a 3-day stay for rentals only.

2. Full service – see daily schedule sheet - $595.00 per day / per person in the program There is a 1-week minimum stay for the full program.
